• 2 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilis, drained
  
• 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  
• 2 cups milk
  
• 1 cup bisquick
  
• 4 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate.
   
   
2. Sprinle chiles and cheese in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate.
   
   
3. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
   
   
4. Serve with sour cream and guacamole, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
