    Creamy Key Lime Cheese Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup key lime juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 (9 inch graham cracker crust or prepared pie crust.
    • Frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, beat condensed milk, cream cheese and lime juice; blend until smooth. Stir in vanilla; pour into pie crust. Cover and chill for atleast 3 to 4 hours. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
    2. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
