    Swirled Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 unbaked 9 inch (4 cup volume) deep dish pie shell
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 cup (6 ounces) Nestle Toll House Swirled Real Semi-Sweet And White Chocolate Morsels
    • 3/4 cup flaked coconut
    • 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
    • 1 pint (16 ounces) Haagen-Daz Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, butter, flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large mixer bowl on high speed until combined. Stir in morsels, coconut and nuts. Spread into pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream.
    2. Note: If using a frozen pie shell, use deep dish style, thawed completely. Bake on baking sheet, increase bake time slightly.
