    • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened, condensed milk
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
    • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter.
    2. Cook and stir over medium heat until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
    3. Remove from heat.
    4. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
    5. Spread into a buttered 9x13x2" baking pan.
    6. Refrigerate until firm.
    7. Cut into squares.
    8. Yields about 3 1/4 pounds.
