    • 4 cups sugar
    • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup margarine
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup coconut
    • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla chips
    • 2 cups marshmallow cream


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, milk and margarine in a saucepan and mix well.
    2. Cook over medium heat to 234-240 degrees on a candy thermometer, stirring constantly.
    3. Remove from heat.
    4. Add vanilla, coconut, vanilla chips and marshmallow cream.
    5. Stir until chips are melted.
    6. Pour into a buttered 9x13" baking dish.
    7. Cool until firm.
