    Pork: Baked Pork Chops And Stuffing

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream of celery or fat free cream of celery soup
    • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
    • Cornbread stuffing
    • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
    • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard


    Instructions


    1. Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery together. Spoon into 9 inch greased pie plate. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Mix sugar and mustard together and spoon over chops.

    2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until done.
