    Beef: Hobo Dinner

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 6 large potatoes
    • 2 large onions
    • 1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Press ground beef in bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with evaporated milk, salt and pepper.

    2. Slice potatoes over milk, slice onions over potatoes.

    3. Cube cheese onto potatoes and onions; cover with mushroom soup.

    4. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.

    5. Yield: 6 servings
