    Beef: Norm Benner's Slam Dunk Goulash

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 to 12 ounce) package elbow macaroni
    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 (16 ounce) can cream style corn
    • 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • Salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook macaroni in 3 quart pan, as directed on back on package.

    2. Cook beef in a 10 or 12" frying pan; when done, drain off grease.

    3. When macaroni is done, drain off water and return to the 3 quart cooking pan.

    4. Add the rest of the ingredients, then the beef to the macaroni.

    5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    6. Mix well and heat through.

    7. Serve hot.
