    Ham: Perfect Pierogy Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 16 to 20 frozen pierogies
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1/2 cup ham, diced
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    • Black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.

    2. In a medium sized casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper, and ham. Combine milk and soup and pour over the casserole. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 35 minutes.

    3. Serves 6 to 8
