• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 2 tablespoons milk
  
• 1/4 cup shortening
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  






Instructions



1. Cream shortening and sugar together, add beaten egg and cream well. Add flavoring, milk and flour then mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoons full on greased and floured baking sheet. Top with nuts, raisins or candy decorations. Bake at 350 degrees until a light golden brown.
