    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
    • 48 Andes Mints


    Instructions


    1. Melt the chocolate chips.
    2. Mix in the brown sugar, water and butter.
    3. Beat in the eggs.
    4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    5. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
    6. Roll into balls.
    7. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    8. As soon as you remove them from the oven, place an Andes Mint on top of each cookie.
    9. Give them about 5 minutes to soften and gently swirl the mints to spread them on the tops of the cookies.
    10. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool.
