    Beef: Beef Boogie Woogie

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
    • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
    • 1 packet of Lipton beefy mushroom soup
    • 1/4 cup red wine or red cooking wine
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    • 1 pound package of baby carrots
    • Optional, add 1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca


    Instructions


    1. Place beef in bottom of crockpot, then add vegetables. In a bowl wisk together soups and wine, adding tapioca if desired. Pour over beef mixture. Cook on High heat for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    2. Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
