    Sausage: Cheesy Sausage And Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 to 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    • 1 pound sausage links, cut into bite size pieces
    • 2 1/2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Layer potatoes, sausage and cheese in crockpot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers twice more. Combine milk and soup, pour over all. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    2. Yield: 6 servings
