Turkey: Herbed Turkey Breast

- 1 (5 pound) boneless skinless turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons light butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup light or fat free garden vegetable flavored cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place turkey in stoneware.
- Combine remaining ingredients and brush over turkey.
- Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
- Makes 8 servings at 7 points each.
