    Turkey: Herbed Turkey Breast

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (5 pound) boneless skinless turkey breast
    • 2 tablespoons light butter or margarine
    • 1/4 cup light or fat free garden vegetable flavored cream cheese
    • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Place turkey in stoneware.

    2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over turkey.

    3. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.

    4. Makes 8 servings at 7 points each.
