Beef: Mexican Beef For Tacos, Nachos, Or Burritos

- 1 3 pound sirloin tip roast
- 1 (16 ounce) jar green chile sauce (505 brand preferred)
- Chopped cilantro to taste, if desired
Instructions
- Place roast in crockpot, pour jar of green chile sauce over top. Add cilantro, if using. Do not add water. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 12 hours. Touch with fork and it will fall apart, then use how you want.
- Serving Suggestions: Make burritos or nachos. Great with sour cream mixed in. Serve with beans or rice.
