    Chicken: Pizza Chicken II

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
    • 2 cups pasta sauce
    • 1 cup shredded pizza cheese


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and place in a 3 to 4 quart crockpot.

    2. Top with onions and bell pepper and pour pasta sauce over all.

    3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    4. Stir well, then sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese.

    5. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.

    6. Makes 8 servings at 460 calories each.
