    Rice: Santa Fe Rice And Beans

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cooked rice
    • 2 cups frozen corn
    • 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 4 ounces velveeta lite, cubed


    Instructions


    1. In a crockpot, combine rice, corn, pinto beans and rotel tomatoes. Add cubed cheese. Cook on low until all of the cheese melts.
