    White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 (1 ounce) squares white baking chocolate, melted
    • 1 ready to use 9" chocolate crumb crust
    • 9 teaspoons seedless red raspberry preserves


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.


    2. Add eggs, mix until blended.

    3. Stir in white chocolate.

    4. Pour into crust.

    5. Microwave preserves in small bowl on high until melted.

    6. Dot top of cheesecake with small spoonfuls of preserves.

    7. Cut though with knife several time for marble effect.

    8. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

    9. Cool in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight.
