    • 3/4 cup instant rice
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    • 3 to 4 chicken pieces of choice
    • 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the rice and cream soup. Spread on the bottom of a casserole dish.
    2. Lay the chicken pieces on top and then sprinkle them with the dry onion soup mix.
    3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
    4. Serves 2
