    Honey Mustard Chicken Packets

    • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • Aluminum Foil


    Instructions


    1. Combine mustard, honey, and pepper in a small bowl; blend well.
    2. Place each chicken breast on a 12 inch sheet of Aluminum Foil. Pour 2 tablespoons mustard mixture over each chicken breast.
    3. Wrap and seal each chicken breast in foil to make 4 packets. Freeze if desired.
    4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. To bake open foil, leave chicken breast on foil sheet folding the edges around the chicken to form a boat. Place on cookie sheet.
    5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with sauce in foil boat.
    6. Yield: 4 servings.
