    Brickle Pecan Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
    • 1 cup butter or margarine
    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 (6 ounce) package Almond Brickle Chips
    • 1 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press mixture evenly into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    2. Combine condensed milk, egg and vanilla, stirring well. Stir in brickle chips and pecans; pour mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden. Let cool and cut into bars.
    3. Yield: 4 dozen bars
