    Cream Cheese Razzleberry Mousse

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup whipping cream
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 3 ounces white chocolate, melted
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
    • 1 cup fresh blackberries


    Instructions


    1. Beat whipping cream in a small bowl at medium high speed until soft peaks form.
    2. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form.
    3. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl at medium speed until fluffy.
    4. Add chocolate; beat until smooth.
    5. Fold in whipped cream.
    6. In 6 1/2 cup parfait or stemmed glasses, alternate layers of mousse and berries, ending with raspberries.
    7. Refrigerate until serving time.
    8. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
