    Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

    • 19 ice cream sandwiches
    • 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
    • 1 (11 ounce) jar milk chocolate fudge sauce
    • 1 rectangular carton of vanilla ice cream, sliced thin
    • 1 cup salted peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Cut one ice cream sandwich in half. Place one whole one and one half sandich along a short side of an ungreased 13x9x2 inch dish. Arrange 8 sandwiches in opposite direction in the pan. Place thin sliced vanilla ice cream on top. Cover well with fudge and 1/2 cup peanuts. Repeat layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches and container of whipped topping. Place some of the fudge sauce in a baggie and drizzle over. Finish with nuts. Cover and freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
