    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar and butter; mix well.
    3. Set aside 1/3 cup crumb mixture; press remaining mixture into a 13x9" baking pan.
    4. Bake 6 minutes.
    5. Remove and cool on wire rack.
    6. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    7. Gradually beat in condensed milk.
    8. Add eggs; beat until just combined.
    9. Stir in lemon juice.
    10. Carefully spoon mixture atop crust in pan.
    11. Spoon reserved crumb mixture to make diagonal stripes on top of cheese mixture or sprinkle to cover.
    12. Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    13. Cool on wire rack about an hour.
    14. Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
    15. Cut into bars to serve.
    16. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
