Pineapple Squares

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple in syrup or juice, drained
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions
- For Crust: combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Press onto bottom of 13x9" baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
- For Topping: combine drained pineapple, eggs, brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour. Stir in pecans. Pour over partially baked crust. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
