    Chicken: Easy Mexican Chicken And Beans

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound chicken breast strips for stir fry
    • 1 (1 1/4) ounces package Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
    • 1 (15 to 16 ounce) can black or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 (11 ounce) can Mexicorn
    • 1/4 cup water
    • Tortillas, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Spray 10" skillet with cooking spray.

    2. Cook chicken in skillet over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center.

    3. Stir in seasoning mix, beans, corn and water.

    4. Cook over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until slightly thickened.

    5. Serve with tortillas.
