    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds fresh salmon fillets
    • 3 tablespoons melted butter
    • lemon wedges
    • 6 tablespoons miracle whip
    • 6 tablespoons sour cream
    • 2 green onions sliced
    • shredded cheddar cheese
    • paprika


    Instructions


    1. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over each fillet, following with 3 tablespoons melted butter.
    2. Bake fillets at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. Top with sour cream sauce, consisting of miracle whip and sour cream, another wedge or two of lemon and a bunch of chopped green onions.
    4. Sprinkle the fish with cheddar cheese and paprika.
    5. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is firm and cheese begins to brown.
    6. Remove the fillets carefully from the pan with a thin metal spatula, leaving the skin stuck to the bottom.
