    • 1 1/2 pounds white fish (pollock, snapper, cod)
    • 1 cup prepared salsa
    • 4 ounces reduced fat monterey jack cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Wash and dry fish fillets.
    3. Place fillets in a 9x13" casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
    4. Pour salsa over fish.
    5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    7. Makes 4 servings at 234 calories each.
