- 1 1/2 pounds white fish (pollock, snapper, cod)
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 4 ounces reduced fat monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Wash and dry fish fillets.
- Place fillets in a 9x13" casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
- Pour salsa over fish.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings at 234 calories each.
