• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
  
• Dash salt
  
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  






Instructions



1. In heavy medium saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until chips melt; cook and stir 3 minutes more. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes. With mixer, beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Mix until smooth then frost cake.
