    Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

    This recipe is for those who don't have an Ice Cream maker.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 egg yolks
    • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
    • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
    • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, mashed


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks, stir in the eagle brand milk, vanilla and chopped strawberries. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a foil lined loaf pan or 2 quart container. Spoon 1/3 of the mashed strawberries on top. Repeat layeing; top with mashed strawberries and strawberry mixture and swirl with a knife or spatula. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Scoop from pan or peel of foil and slice.
