    Chicken: Chicken Stir Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips
    • 3 cups cut up assorted vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli florets, shredded carrots)
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
    • Hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

    2. Add chicken; stir fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet.

    3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add vegetables and garlic; stir fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.

    4. Add chicken and stir fry sauce. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice.
