    Low Fat Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 egg whites (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
    1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    3 ripe bananas
    1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8" x 4" loaf pan with nonstick spray. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
    In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat sugar and egg whites until fluffy. Blend in yogurt and butter. Mash bananas and blend in. Stir in flour mixture from the other bowl. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
    Cool ten minutes and enjoy.
