    Low Fat Lemon Chess Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 1/3 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 cup skim evaporated milk
    • 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
    • 1 grated lemon rind
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 3 tablespoons fat free margarine melted
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • pie shell, unbaked


    Instructions


    1. You may use egg substitute egual to 2 eggs in place of the eggs.

    2. Sift together, sugar, flour and salt.

    3. Melt margarine and add to mixture.

    4. Add milk, eggs, butter flavoring, lemon juice and lemon rind.

    5. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
