    Oven Barbecued Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 pound (6 small) pork loin chops
    • 1/3 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 2 green or red peppers, sliced


    Instructions


    1. Trim fat from pork chops.

    2. Place in a single layer in a 9x13" glass baking dish.

    3. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, worcestershire sauce and tabasco.

    4. Pour over chops and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or more.

    5. Preheat oven to 350.

    6. Sprinkle pork chops with onions and peppers, cover and bake 30 minutes.

    7. Uncover, turn chops over.

    8. Continue baking, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

    9. Makes 6 servings at 4 points each.

    10. Per serving 165 calories.
