    Pork Stir Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds lean pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen carrots
    • 3 cups broccoli florets
    • 1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cook pork on medium heat in a sprayed nonstick skillet, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.

    2. Add carrots and cook and stir for 2 minutes.

    3. Add broccoli and sauce.

    4. Cook, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.

    5. Good served over rice, makes 4 servings at 162 calories each.
