• 4 egg whites, whipped, (divided use)
  
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/2 cup flour
  
• 1 cup marshmallow cream
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
   
   
2. Prepare a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray and flour.
   
   
3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 of the egg whites, cocoa, salt and flour.
   
   
4. In a seperate mixing bowl, combine remaining egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract and marshmallow cream.
   
   
5. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
   
   
6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
   
   
7. Bake for 18 minutes.
   
   
8. Makes 8 servings at 122 calories each
