Beef: Four Bear Barbecue Burgers

List of Ingredients



• 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  
• 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  
• 1/4 cup vinegar
  
• 1 1/4 cups ketchup
  
• 1/2 cup water
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  






Instructions



1. Shape ground beef in to patties. Overlap in a large dutch oven.
   
   
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Pour over the patties.
   
   
3. Cook slowly until done.
   
   
4. Serves 4 to 6
