    Beef: Meat Loaf

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup heinz chili sauce
    • 1 tablespoon heinz worcestershire sauce
    • chili sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine ingredients thoroughly; form into a loaf (8x4") in shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven, 45 minutes. Spread top with chili sauce; bake 15 minutes longer. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional chili sauce.
