List of Ingredients



• 1 pound ground beef
  
• 1/3 cup stuffing
  
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  
• 1 egg, beaten
  
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  
• 1 can beef gravy
  
• 1 jar mushrooms
  
• 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
  






Instructions



1. Mix thoroughly beef, stuffing and egg. Shape firmly into 4 patties, 1/2" thick.
   
   
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add patties and cook until browned. Pour off fat.
   
   
3. Add gravy and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
