    Garlic Herb Seafood Linguine

    • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1/2 pound sea scallops
    • 1/2 cup McCormick Golden Dipt Garlic Herb Marinade
    • 8 ounces linguini
    • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 2 tablespoons dry white wine (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Place seafood in resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over seafood; turn to coat. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Cook linguine according to directions. While the linguine is cooking, begin cooking seafood. Sauté seafood with marinade and bell pepper in a large skillet, over medium high heat, 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in wine, if desired. Drain linguine. Serve seafood over linguine.
    2. Yield: 6 servings (269 calories each)
