List of Ingredients



• 1 pound very lean ground turkey (or vegitarian meat crumbles)
  
• 1 packet taco seasoning
  
• 1 cup salsa
  
• 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  
• 1 box macaroni and cheese (the kind with powdered cheese) do not prepare according to package directions
  
• 2 cups hot water
  
• 3/4 cup fat free sour cream
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients, except sour cream, in a 2-quart microwave safe casserole dish.
   
   
2. Cover and microwave in a carousel microwave for 8 minutes.
   
   
3. Uncover and stir well.
   
   
4. Cover and microwave 6 minutes more.
   
   
5. Stir in sour cream, cover and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
