    Southwestern Tator Tot Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground lean beef
    • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
    • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen tator tots
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (4 ounce) can mild green chiles


    Instructions


    1. Brown onion and ground beef in a nonstick skillet.

    2. Drain off excess fat.

    3. Place onion and hamburger mixture in a casserole dish.

    4. Place tator tots on top of mixture.

    5. Add mushroom soup and chiles on top of tator tots.

    6. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    7. Makes 8 servings at 6 points each.
