List of Ingredients



• 2 cups buttermilk baking mix
  
• 4 tablespoons sugar, divided
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  
• 1/3 cup orange juice
  
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
   
   
2. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.
   
   
3. Mix baking mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, egg, orange peel and orange juice.
   
   
4. Beat vigerously for 30 seconds.
   
   
5. Fill muffin cups about 2/3's full.
   
   
6. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
   
   
7. Sprinkle each muffin with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar.
   
   
8. Bake 15 minutes.
   
   
9. Serve with butter and honey.
