    Linda's Macaroni & Cheese With Tomatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound macaroni
    • a chunk of velveeta cheese, enough to make it as cheesy as you like
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes or 1 can rotel tomatoes with green chiles
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Make the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and put back in pan. Cut up Velveeta cheese into chunks, and add to pan with macaroni, stir in well. Add the butter and mix until melted. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Heat over low heat until cheese is completely melted, and its nice and hot.
