    • 8 ounces uncooked fusilli or other spiral pasta
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or more to taste
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes halved
    • 1/2 cup basil fresh chopped
    • 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta according to package directions, without added salt or fat. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
    2. Add vinegar, oil and oregano; toss to coat.
    3. Fold in tomatoes, oil, basil and mozzarella; season to taste with salt and pepper.
    4. Serve warm or chilled.
    5. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
    6. 6 servings at 5 points each.
