    • 1 cup reduced fat bisquick
    • 1/2 cup skim milk
    • 1/4 cup eggbeaters or 3 eggwhites
    • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    • 1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    • 2 cups cooked diced white chicken meat
    • 2 cans healthy request cream of mushrooms soup


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
    2. Mix together vegetables, chicken and soup.

    3. Pour into casserole dish.
    4. In another bowl, mix bisquick, milk and eggbeaters.
    5. Pour over the top of chicken mixture.
    6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden.
    7. 6 servings at 4.5 points each
      4 servings at 6.5 points each
