    Spaghetti Meat Sauce For The Pressure Cooker

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste


    Instructions


    1. Heat cooker and brown beef. Stir in remaining ingredients except tomato paste. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 8 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once under running water. Stir in tomato paste and simmer, uncovered to desired thickness.

    2. Serve sauce over long spaghetti.
