Chicken Mushroom Alfredo Sauce

List of Ingredients



• 1 cup evaporated milk
  
• 1/4 cup butter
  
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  
• 4 teaspoons chicken broth
  
• 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  
• /4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  
• 4 chicken breasts cooked boned and chopped
  
• 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  
• 1/4 cup romano or parmesan cheese
  






Instructions



1. In a saucepan over low heat melt butter.
   
2. Whisk in flour. Add milk and
   chicken broth. Add garlic, salt and pepper.
   
3. Cook over low heat until sauce
   thickens.
   
4. Add chicken and mushrooms. Heat through.
   
5. Stir in cheese.
   
6. Serve at once over pasta.
   
7. Serves 4 to 6.
