Chicken Mushroom Alfredo Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- /4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breasts cooked boned and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup romano or parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat melt butter.
- Whisk in flour. Add milk and
chicken broth. Add garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat until sauce
thickens.
- Add chicken and mushrooms. Heat through.
- Stir in cheese.
- Serve at once over pasta.
- Serves 4 to 6.
