    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 (15 ounce) bottle pizza sauce
    • 2 cups elbow macaroni
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or Kraft Mexican style cheese
    • 12 slices pepperoni


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef, drain if needed. Stir in pizza sauce and water, bringing to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Add uncooked macaroni, stirring well. Lower heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes, or until macaroni is done. Stir in half of the shredded cheese and 1/2 of the pepperoni. Sprinkle remaining cheese and pepperoni on top, cover and let set until cheese is melted.
    2. Yield: 6 servings
