    Prepare using a 4 quart chef's pan.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon minced celery leaves
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a deep skillet or saucepan. Add the flour, salt, pepper and celery leaves. Stir until well blended. Add the milk and broth and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the chicken and heat through. Serve over biscuits or rice.
    2. Yield: 4 to 6 servings
